Dr. Kenner has extensive international academic experience, with diverse scientific and medical accomplishments.  She holds both a PhD (Boston University) and an MD (George Washington University), and is a board-certified dermatologist, skincare formulator, and fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.  She has published extensively on a variety of medical topics and created patents and trademarks, and has decades of experience in the areas of clinical medicine, aesthetic medicine, patient education, and product formulation.  

Dr. Kenner served in the U.S. Army for nine yearsand, through the military, was among the first in the U.S. to use telemedicine regularly to serve patients remotely.  She has established several successful dermatology clinical practices over the past 20+ years and is at the forefront of dermatological technology.   

Several years ago, Dr. Kenner began creating better “whole person” solutions to manage common skin and hair conditions and help her patients heal “on the inside as well as outside”.  The offerings of this next-generation clinic have been expanding steadily, including many in-person regenerative medicine and dermatology services, AI-assisted skin analysis, longevity medicine, bioidentical hormone replacement, and a one-of-a-kind SkinHappy Discovery Center featuring interactive learning, personalized health assessments, proprietary retail offerings, and customized aesthetic treatments.
